There is beautiful waterfront real estate available in Tampa Bay right now. Some people couldn't keep up with their payments and had to sell. I don't think it will be very hard to get rid of this waterfront real estate in Tampa Bay. It is a nice piece of land to have and anyone that can afford it will be the first in line. The Tampa Bay waterfront real estate already has had two bids put on it. It is just a matter of time before it goes.
