There was a new list of homes for sale in Tampa

There is a new list of Tampa waterfront homes for sale from foreclosure. It is not often there are waterfront homes for sale in Tampa because of foreclosure. The foreclosure list of waterfront homes for sale in Tampa is not very extensive. Sometimes it happens though as I am sure it does everywhere. These homes usually take longer to sell and I am not sure why that is. Also sometimes it just depends on what is on the market.
